Offering almost 20 percent more engine displacement than its previous model, the 2022 GR86 utilizes an ultra-efficient engine to help enjoy every curve and straightaway put in its path. The 2022 GR86 makes use of a 2.4L flat-four boxer engine to produce a versatile 228 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. All the while, it sits on a lower chassis to increase the center of gravity and balance during tight corners. And, for an evenly-distributed look, the 2022 GR86 even offers a dual chrome-tipped exhaust system that helps handle displacement and output at optimal levels.
For driving pleasure, the 2022 GR86 has also been outfitted with standard steering wheel paddle shifters.
