Fort's Toyota of Pekin is committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees.  As the uncertainty of COVID-19 continues, we want our valued customers to know we are working hard to support you, our teammates, and our community. To that end, we have established new protocols in an effort to continue to serve our customers and maintain a healthy environment for all. 

  

Our staff will be routinely cleaning and sanitizing our waiting areas, tables, doors, etc. We are ensuring that our staff is aware of the need to frequently wash their hands, avoid touching their face, and use hand sanitizer. 

 

We are still operating under our normal business hours. However, that may change in the upcoming weeks as we respond to changes and guidance from state and national governments and organizations. We will notify our customers of any changes to "business as usual" on our Facebook page.  

 

For your safety, all vehicles will be cleaned and sanitized before and after all test drives. If you'd rather not come to the dealership, we would be happy to bring a vehicle to your home or office for demonstration. We can also send a video of any vehicle you might be interested in, appraise your trade-in, and help you secure financing remotely, as well. If you'd like to purchase a vehicle remotely, we can also help  manage any purchase transactions online. 

Our service valet driver is still able to come to your house or place of employment to pick up your vehicle for any service needs.  Our technicians and drivers will wipe down/sanitize the interior of your vehicle before and after they complete their work.  Payments can be secured online, via text, or over the phone. To make sure that our customers and employees are protected, we ask that if reschedule any service appointment if you are not feeling well.
